Reserving Hotel Rooms

The link to reserve a hotel room is currently being sent automatically to everyone who registers for the conference. 



Beginning 12/17/2021 at 12pm PST, you may also reserve a room using this link.
You may purchase your Conference Registration ticket after you purchase your room. 
Please note: Purchases are limited to one room per registrant.

Hotel rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton, the venue for the Conference, are limited. Between the Veils has a block of rooms available at a special rate for our Conference attendees. You can reserve your room at this special rate using the link mentioned above.  If rooms become sold out (which is likely and generally happens very quickly after the link is released) there are a number of hotels very close to the DoubleTree which can have rooms booked instead. 

 

Presenters and Vendors 

If you are one of our approved (contracted) presenters or vendors who has not yet booked your room and the link above shows rooms as sold out when you attempt to book, please write to partnerships@betweentheveils.org with your full name, explain your situation, and we will put you on the list for our conference presenters and vendors room block. You will then have the opportunity to purchase your room later. 
 

Staff Rooms
 

Staff (people who give 24+ hours of volunteer assistance to the conference) receive a free 1/2 room- that is, a room shared with one other staff member.  Staff may arrange their roommate ahead of time, and will be placed together so long as both Staff members indicate that they choose each other. Otherwise, people will be assigned their roommate.
Staff do not need to purchase or reserve a room using the general link- their names and room reservations will be submitted to the hotel by their supervisors.
